<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup module which excellently shuts off electromagnetic radiation noise, can be small-sized and further improves productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an image pickup module comprising: an image pickup substrate 2 on which an image pickup element 2a is mounted that converts light into an electric signal; a lens member 3 in which a lens 3a for converging object light to the image pickup element 2a is supported on a holder 3b; a plurality of support pins 4 of which one side is attached to the holder 3b of the lens member 3, on which the image pickup substrate 2 is mounted in a through-state, to which ground wiring of the image pickup substrate 2 is electrically connected and in which the image pickup substrate 2 is supported while overlapping the lens member 3 at a predetermined gap maintained therebetween; and a shield member 5 which is attached to another side of the support pins 4, is electrically connected with the support pins 4 and overlaps the image pickup substrate 2 while keeping a predetermined interval therebetween. The image pickup substrate 2 and the shield member 5 are fixed and electrically connected at the same time by the plurality of support pins 4, electromagnetic radiation noise is excellently shut off and the image pickup module can be small-sized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
