Disclosed is a medicinal agent which has a high therapeutic or prophylact ic effect on dyskinesia, does not cause the worsening of the condition of th e underlying disease, and has fewer adverse side effects. Specifically discl osed is a therapeutic or prophylactic agent for dyskinesia, which comprises a compound having a 4,5-epoxymorphinan skeleton represented by the general f ormula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof as a n active ingredient. (I) wherein the double line formed by the dashed line a nd the solid line represents a double or single bond; R1 represents a cycloa lkylalkyl having 4 to 7 carbon atoms; R2 represents a linear or branched alk yl having 1 to 5 carbon atoms; and B represents -CH=CH-.
