PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil heater superior in temperature rise and improved in usability. SOLUTION: At least a part of a circulation passage for circulating a heated incombustible oil, is constituted by an electric heater 5, a heat storage means 9 is disposed in a state of being thermally connected to a plurality of radiation circulating passages diffusing the heat of the oil through a heat radiating portion 1, and the heat storage means 9 is constituted by enclosing a latent heat-type heat storage material in a case 7, and heating it by heating means 10. Thus auxiliary heating of the oil can be effectively performed by the heat stored in the heat storage means 9, and the temperature rise and the like as the oil heater can be improved.
