摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder injection type spark ignition internal combustion engine capable of intensifying tumble flow by fuel injected from a fuel injection valve even if an operation state of an internal combustion engine changes. SOLUTION: This cylinder injection type spark ignition internal combustion engine intensifying tumble flow formed in a cylinder 4 by fuel injected from a fuel injection valve 21. A fuel injection direction FD of the fuel injection valve 21 is set in a direction same as the tumble flow, and an induction structure 27 inducing flow of fuel spray to a direction of the tumble flow is provided on a top surface 3TP of a piston 3 on which the fuel FE impinges.
