PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of measuring straightness (displacement in z direction) and at least either of pitching and rolling (inclination in rotation around x- and y-axes) simultaneously by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The device has a light outgoing means 10 for radiating the light led from a light source in two directions or more being different from each other on an object 50 to be measured and two light receiving means 30, 40 or more for receiving the light radiated by the light outgoing means 10, irradiated on the object 50 to be measured, and then reflected and measuring changes of light receiving position.
