PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adopt a restraining means, which can be easily attached to a fuel tank blow-molded of resin and has a profound oscillating sound restraining effect to restrain oscillating sound produced when fuel suddenly flows. SOLUTION: This fuel tank structure 20 for a vehicle is furnished with the restraining means 25 arranged in the fuel tank 21 and to restrain noise and impact produced when the fuel 27 suddenly flows, and the restraining means 25 is formed of a material having flexibility or elasticity, formed larger in dimensions than an opening 31 provided on the fuel tank 21 and devised free to be installed from the opening 31.
