The assembly has clasp or key systems (2, 3) closed and adjusted individually for a domestic animal, where the collar is provided with a global positioning system (6) and contains treatment chambers (7). The assembly has a cylindrical and longitudinal shape. A leash is connected to the collar by using a key (10) and a lock (11). The leash is equipped with an ergonomic handle (14) and a refillable integrated housing (15) containing mitten-bags (16) to allow collection of waste of animal. A mechanical closing and adjustment system of the collar is adapted to diameter of neck of the animal.
