PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve power-saving, sound suppression and the like in a shooting motor. SOLUTION: A stepping motor 4 makes one rotation through 200 steps. An exciting current switching timing signal K<SB>1</SB>is produced at the origin. An exciting current ratio is set to 20%. The torque of a cam 5 is set to a low value. An exciting current switching timing signal K<SB>2</SB>is produced at the time of an advance of 32 steps from the origin. The exciting current ratio is set to 100% (maximum). The torque of the cam 5 is set to a high value. The exciting current switching timing signal K<SB>3</SB>is produced at the time of the advance of 64 steps from the time of the production of the signal K<SB>2</SB>. The exciting current ratio is set to 50%. The torque of the cam 5 is set to an intermediate value.
