PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser vacuum control technology capable of appropriately setting the degree of a vacuum of a condenser even if the state of steam in a steam turbine fluctuates. SOLUTION: The condenser vacuum control system 1 for controlling the degree of a vacuum of the condenser 11 for condensing steam discharged from the steam turbine 6 includes an air ejector 27 connected to the condenser 11 via an air extraction pipe 28, an air extraction regulating valve 31 provided at the air extraction pipe 28, a temperature detector 40 for detecting the temperature of steam flowing into the steam turbine 6, a pressure detector 41 for detecting the pressure of steam flowing into the steam turbine 6, and a control device 45 connected to the temperature detector 40 and the pressure detector 41. The control device 45 controls the opening of the air extraction regulating valve 31 based on the detected temperature of steam inputted from the temperature detector 40 and the detected pressure of steam inputted from the pressure detector 41.
