<p>An aqueous unstructured fluid coating composition comprises epoxy as a base and hydraulic cement and is applied thinly and initially at a reduced cost. A two-part type aqueous epoxy coating composition comprises (a) a first component containing a hardener of 30 wt% - 60 wt%; (b) a second component containing (i) an epoxy resin of 10 wt% - 42 wt% and (ii) hydraulic cement powder of 46 wt% - 90 wt%; (c) enough water capable of reacting with at least, the amount of the hydraulic cement powder among the second components. The coating composition can be provided without coherence by blending the first component, and the water and the second component and forms a smooth non-porous unstructured coating in a one-coat with the thickness of 20 mill or less.</p> |
