An operation state monitoring system of the electric power substation is provided to use the mosaic apparatus and RTU-MPD using one terminal block for the part overlapped between the in-situ information handling team and RTU-FPD. An operation state monitoring system of the electric power substation transmits the operation and the alert state input from the field instrument of the electric power substation to the mosaic apparatus and the RTU-MPD. The operation state monitoring system comprises the integration on-site processing unit(200) controlling the input-output of the field instrument; the monitored information processing unit(210) which respectively distributes to the mosaic apparatus and RTU-MPD; the control information handling unit(220) transmitting the respective transmitted control signal from the RTU- MPD(300) and mosaic apparatus(500) to the field instrument.
