PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a burglar by making the steering of a bicycle impossible, by releasing the connection of a handle stem and a handle post so as to rotate a handle freely, in a wheel parking time and the like. SOLUTION: By putting in and out a lock rod 5 controlled by a locking mechanism 4 furnished to a handle stem 1, from the inner peripheral surface of the stem, so as to fit to a fitting part 8 formed on the outer peripheral at a handle post 7 side, the handle stem and the handle post are connected integrally to make it possible to run a bicycle, and by engaging the front end of the above lock rod 5 to a guide groove 9 provided in the circular form along the outer side of the above fitting part 8, the connection of the handle stem and the handle post is released, so as to rotate a handle 2 freely. |
