PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the stress applied to a wrist or arm of a player when the player operates a shooting operation device of a game machine. SOLUTION: A planetary gear 22 is disposed on the outer peripheral side of a sun gear 21 fixed to a main shaft, so that the planetary gear 22 moves around the main shaft (the sun gear 21) along a circumferential orbit as the planetary gear 22 revolves along the outer circumference of the sun gear 21 while rotating. As an operation handle 17 is rotatably supported on the front face of a body case which is integrally movable with the planetary gear 22, the operation handle 17 can be moved/operated so that the center of the operation handle 17 moved around the main shaft (the sun gear 21) along the circumferential orbit while retaining the posture of the operation handle 17. With this structure, the player can move/operate the control handle 17 hardly changing the posture of the hand holding the operation handle 17, and therefore, the stress applied to the wrist and arm can be reduced and the fatigue of the player can be relieved.
