<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector having desired elastic force and sufficient joint length, and having a small size in a joint direction. <P>SOLUTION: The connector is formed by electroforming, and comprises: a holding section 8 fixed by an insulator material; a contact section 10 in electrical contact with an electrically conductive member; and an elastically deformable spring section 9 connecting the holding section 8 and the contact section 10. The contact section 10 contacts the conductive member while sliding thereon substantially in a voltage application direction of electroforming, and the spring section 9 has a contact 5 that is elastically deformed in a direction vertical to the voltage application direction of electroforming. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
