<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system that allows the service provider of a facility to deal with a user who visits the facility, in a way that matches the user's intention. <P>SOLUTION: The information communication system comprises a user side device 20 carried by the user, and a facility side device 10 provided in a facility which the user may stop by. The user side device 20 inputs the user's intention to the facility's service provider, and sends intention information indicating the input user's intention to the facility side device 10 that is in a state where it is capable of near field communication. Also, the user side device 20 sends appearance information indicating the user's face image to the facility side device 10. On condition that the user side device 10 receives the intention information from the user side device 20, the facility side device 10 displays the user's intention indicated by the intention information in a display part 13, together with the user's face image indicated by the appearance information received from the user side device 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
