发明名称 OSCILLATING TYPE PART FEEDING DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs of an oscillating type part feeding device with a mechanism for providing a gap in a conveying direction between parts by sucking and decelerating the parts during conveyance. SOLUTION: A vertical air path 12, whose top end is connected to an air pump (not shown) via an air piping 13 and whose bottom end is opened, is installed on an outer wall 4a of a bowl 4, and an intake port 11 opened to a track 6 of the bowl 4 is connected to the middle of the air path 12 from diagonally upward. Air supplied from the air pump to the air path 12 draws air in the intake port 11 and makes it flow to a bottom end of the air path 12, so as to suck and decelerate parts P during conveying at a position of the intake port 11, to which a negative pressure is always applied, and create a gap in a conveying direction between the parts P. In this constitution, there is no need of a vacuum pump for sucking the parts conventionally used, so as to reduce costs of the entire device by a cost difference of the vacuum pump and the air pump.
