PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator set in which an increase of the number of insulators is avoided and problems arising from the increase of the insulators can be avoided when a horn spacing between arc horns provided on both ends of an insulator string is widened for improvement of a thunder resistant performance. SOLUTION: In the insulator set composed of a plurality of suspension insulators 1 which are connected in series and a pair of arc horns 12, 13 provided on both ends of an insulator string, a spacing between the pair of the arc horns 12, 13 is made changeable by adjusting the length of a pin metal piece 6 of at lease one portion of the suspension insulator 1, or by combining at least one portion of neighboring suspension insulators by a combining metal piece.
