A solution of storing and transporting a female vagina sample and a container including the same is provided to store and transport safely and efficiently the female vagina sample, to extract a nucleic acid from the sample, and to increase a stability of the sample by annihilating all infectious microbes of the female vagina sample and maintaining into a nucleic acid state. A vagina sample conservation and nucleic acid extraction liquid is made by using a 3 ~ 6M of Guanidine thiocyanate, 0.25M of EDTA, 4% of Tween 20 and 0.6M of sodium acetate. The sample is preserved by collecting the sample from female vagina, putting the sample into a preserving container. The nucleic acid which is used for a molecular biological analysis process is refined by processing an alcohol inducing the precipitate of the nucleic acid gushed out to a preservation solution in which microorganism, virus and human cell are destroyed.
