PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which has strength capable of enduring deformation or the like when it is slightly dropped by enhancing reliability and safety after dropping while suppressing weight concentration to a soft outer-sheath material, is excellent in perceptibility that allows a user to recognize that continued mounting to target equipment or continued charging is impossible if applied with impact that damages the soft outer-sheath material, and is also excellent in volumetric efficiency that allows maximum expansion of storable battery-device volume. SOLUTION: The battery pack is provided with a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary-battery, which has a battery device and a soft outer-sheath material and in which the soft outer-sheath material is sealed along the periphery of the battery device while an electrode terminal of a positive electrode and that of a negative electrode are led out to the outside, a hard outer-sheath material covering the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary-battery together with the soft outer-sheath material, and a protection circuit substrate. The battery device and the soft outer-sheath material are tightly adhered to each other. The soft outer-sheath material and the hard outer-sheath material are bonded to each other by melting a thermal adhesive layer of the hard outer-sheath material without melting an outer-sheath layer of the soft outer-sheath material.
