A vehicle locating method in multilayer roads comprises receiving an obliquity sampled when the vehicle drives in the road layer (S201); comparing the obliquity with the prestored or calculated starting slope of the road layer (S202), or calculating the height for the vehicle placed through the obliquity; locating the road layer in which the vehicle drives as the road layer in which the starting slope or the height of the road layer is proximal to the obliquity or calculated height (S203). It is also provided a vehicle locating device in multilayer roads.
