PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health promotion mat which enables the even dispersion of the physical weight with higher breathability, deodorizability and moisture absorptivity along with a characteristic of heating the body into depth by generating a large amount of far-infrared rays utilizing own characteristic of a material used with no use of a special substance for generation to keep a balance between the sympathetic nerve and the parasympathetic nerve while making its capacity last longer in a type for generating negative ions by charging electricity through actions of contact, friction or body heat. SOLUTION: In the health promotion mat, a laminate body made up by a sequential lamination of a three-dimensional textile layer, a nonwoven layer comprising a mixture of natural protein fibers and polyvinylidene chloride-based fibers with a negative charge, a felt layer comprising carbon fibers with a negative ion generation capacity and a breathing polyurethane foam layer is covered with the front fabric and the rear fabric.
