METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF FLAT PLATE HEAT SPREADER AND APPARATUS MANUFACTURED USING THE SAME

A method for manufacturing of flat plate heat spreader and apparatus manufactured using the same is provided to emit heat from heat source by circulating refrigerant through evaporation or condensation of refrigerant. A flat plate heat spreader, one end of which is in contact with a heat source, delivers heat from it into a heat spreading unit horizontally. A method for manufacturing of flat plate heat spreader comprises a step of extruding a flat plate spreader at specific length in order to form grooves formed into a flat pipe shape having a space inside along the longitudinal direction; a step of sealing openings(132,134) of one among sides opened on both ends of the extruded case; and a step of injecting refrigerant into opening of the other side of enclosed sides of the case and then sealing it.
