A mobile commerce system of audio type and a method thereof are provided to enhance the receiving efficiency of commerce data at a POS/card reader of a member shop when commerce data are transmitted in audio format through a speaker of a mobile device. A personal mobile apparatus(10) transmits commerce data such as a ticket, a coupon, a gift certificate, E-cash, card information etc in audio data format. An audio receiver(20) receives the audio commerce data transmitted from the personal mobile apparatus. A POS/card reader(30) of a member shop receives the commerce data, which can be processed, from the audio receiver. An audio conversion module converts commerce data a user selects into audio type data, and transmits the converted audio type data through a speaker by adding a signal, which indicating star and end points of the audio type data, to the converted data. |
