Objects: The objects of the present invention are to make it possible to reduce AC losses, to increase the current capacity of coils, to prevent the burn-out of conductors due to over-current at the time of starting excitation or in the unexpected event of short-circuit by using parallel superconducting conductors and to provide a safe large-capacity superconducting coil.
