METHOD OF DIFFERENTIATION OF FACIAL ADIPOSE- OR UMBILICAL CORD-DERIVED STEM CELLS INTO HEPATOCYTES AND CULTURE FLUID THEREFORE

A hepatocyte differentiation culture solution is provided to show the extraordinarily excellent ability of secreting albumin compare to an existing differentiation method by manufacturing the culture solution for differentiating a fatty tissue and an adult stem cell derived from umbilical cord into the hepatocyte, and to be used as the cell treating agent replacing implantation of the liver tissue. A hepatocyte differentiation culture solution includes 10 ~ 50 ng/ml of hepatocyte growth factor, 10 ~ 100 ng/ml of oncostatin M, 0.1 ~ 10 mM of the dexamethasone, 5 ~ 20 mg/L of insulin and, 3 ~ 15 mug/L of sodium selenite, 2 ~ 12 mg/L of transferrin, 10 ~ 500 mM of the ascorbic acid and 5 ~ 50 ng/ml of the skin cell growth factor in the culture solution in which the fetal bovine serum is added. The culture solution is selected from Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium-low glucose, Iscove's modified Dulbecco's media, RPMI 1640 (RPMI1640), a-Minimum essential media, HAM F 12 and Media 199.
