METHOD OF PRODUCING CdHgTe-MESASTRUCTURE

FIELD: electrical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods of producing the solid-state devices intended for detecting and recording IR electromagnetic radiation in particular the radiation receivers incorporating the CdHgTe-solid solution-based photo-sensitive structures. The proposed method of the producing the CdHgTe-mesastructure comprises forming a photo-sensitive area layers etching to form the said mesastructure and annealing to form a capsulating passivating layer. In compliance with this invention the aforesaid capsulating passivating layer is formed by annealing in atmosphere of cadmium-saturated vapors at 110° to 130°C for 10 to 15 h. ^ EFFECT: mesastructure with improved stability photoelectric parameters. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
