<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system and a PRN file generation method in the printing system for preventing any incomplete PRN file from being printed. <P>SOLUTION: This PRN file generation method includes: a reception step (step S303) for receiving a print instruction, and for receiving print source data; generation steps (step S305, step S307, step S309, step S311, step S304, step S314) for generating a PRN file by processing the print source data into print data; decision steps (step S304, step S306, step S308, step S310, step S313) for deciding whether or not the processing of the print data has been normally ended; and a deletion step (step S315) for deleting the generated PRN file when it is decided that the processing of the print data has not been normally ended in the decision step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
