Disclosed is a hydrogenated nitrile rubber metal laminate comprising: a metal plate which has been subjected to chemical conversion treatment, defatting treatment, surface-roughening treatment, primer treatment, or any combination thereof without using a hexavalent Cr ion; and an adhesive layer and a rubber layer both laminated on one surface of both surfaces of the metal plate in this order. The rubber layer contains a non-reinforcing inorganic filler having an average particle diameter of 5 µm or less, and is formed from a vulcanized product of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber compound comprising 100 parts by weight of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber, 50 to 250 parts by weight of an inorganic filler (whose content makes up 20 vol% or less of the total volume of the compound) and 4 to 20 parts by weight of an organic peroxide, and optionally 2 to 10 parts by weight of N,N'-phenylenedimaleimide.The rubber metal laminate has a vulcanized rubber layer which is excellent in heat resistance at a high temperature of 150°C or higher (e.g., excellent in thermal bending resistance at 200°C for 100 hours) and also having an excellent rubber squeeze-out resistance (i.e., rubber flow resistance) when used at a high temperature and a high surface pressure.
|
