<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device capable of correcting an image in an optional position in a small device such as a mobile phone. <P>SOLUTION: The image display device is provided with a touch pad. The touch pad is associated with a region for displaying the image. One or more regions into which an image is divided in two dimensionally parallel are specified from a position detected by the touch pad, and intensity of the image displayed in the specified one or more regions is changed.
