PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core winding structure by which insulation is secured and the positioning of windings to a core is secured. SOLUTION: The core winding structure includes an insulating member 1 which is held between the adjoining windings 3 and 5, and insulates between both windings 3 and 5. A through hole 1a and a holding groove 1b are formed in the insulating member 1, wherein the through hole causes a middle leg portion (a wound portion) 11a of the core 10 to penetrate, and the holding groove is formed around the through hole 1a of a first face, and holds the windings 3 and 5. Moreover, the insulating member 1 includes an annular bank 1c on the inner-radius side, between the through hole 1a and a winding trench portion 1b<SB>1</SB>and includes a substantially U-shape bank 1d on the outer-radius side, outside the winding trench portion 1b<SB>1</SB>and a leader line trench portion 1b<SB>2</SB>.
