PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convex shape Kelvin spiral contact preventing short-circuit even if micro dusts enter into a groove formed between two spiral contacts, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A convex shape Kelvin spiral contact 1a includes two convex shape spiral contacts 2, 3 having spiral shape in a planar view, each having an electrode terminal 2e, 3e with each end freed. Two are arranged in the opposite position so as to place one spiral contact 3 in the space of another spiral contact 2. The spiral contacts 2, 3 are integrally molded with filling the spiral space 8, oppositely formed by the spiral contacts 2, 3, with an electric insulator 7 leaving the contact parts to be contacted to the connection terminals.
