PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection method of water treatment agent to be injected in an open-circulating cooling water system, which maintains a concentration of the water treatment agent substantially without causing insufficient density, economically, simply, and accurately even when a concentration rate of cooling water fluctuates. SOLUTION: The open-circulating cooling water system 1 opens an automatic blow valve 9b installed on a blow line 9, blows the cooling water 2a, and supplies supply water 4a when electric conductivity 7a of the cooling water 2a is measured and the measured electric conductivity 7a is higher than a previously set electric conductivity, and closes the automatic blow valve 9b, and maintains the condensation rate of the cooling water 2a constant when the electric conductivity 7a of the cooling water 2a is lower than the previously set value by the supply water 4a. A flowing blow water amount is measured by a flowmeter 11 installed on the blow line 9, and the water treating agent 5a proportional to the measured blow water amount is injected in the cooling water 2a.
