PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for manufacturing a solid-state electrolytic capacitor in which high efficiency can be attained in production by lowering the profile of a capacitor element in the direction of lamination, and to provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor. SOLUTION: The solid-state electrolytic capacitor 1 includes a first laminate consisting of capacitor elements 10-60 and a first laminate consisting of capacitor elements 70-120. At the ends 61B and 71B of anodes 61 and 71 of the capacitor elements 60 and 70, inter-end foils 141 and 141 having noble metal plating layers 141C on the upper and lower surfaces are provided while being resistance-welded to the ends 61B and 71B, and the noble metal plating layers 141C are arranged oppositely and connected electrically in low ESR through conductive adhesive 151. Between the ends 11B-61B and 71B-121B, an inter-end foil 143 is resistance-welded to the ends 11B-121B which are connected electrically in low ESR. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
