PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage detection circuit capable of coping precisely with various voltage detection ranges, without adding a circuit to complicate constitution. SOLUTION: This voltage detection circuit is provided with the first potential dividing circuit for inputting an output voltage Vout of a charge circuit to be potential-divided, the first operation amplifier for inputting a voltage potential-divided by the first potential dividing circuit to amplify it, a CPU of inputting a voltage Vout amplified by the first operation amplifier, an amplification factor setting circuit for setting an amplification factor of the operation amplifier, and the second potential dividing circuit for inputting a reference voltage Vref to be potential-divided, and the voltage detection range and precision of a voltage VoutDET input into the CPU are controlled by controlling the first potential dividing circuit, the amplification factor setting circuit and the second potential dividing circuit by the CPU.
