PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polymer crystals having excellent characteristics such as mechanical strengths, heat resistance and transparency, to provide polymer crystals having the excellent characteristics such as the mechanical strengths, the heat resistance and the transparency particularly in general-purpose plastics, including PP and to provide particularly a bulk molded product of the polymer crystals. SOLUTION: The polymer crystals are polymer crystals containing the crystals of the polymer and a nucleating agent and satisfy following conditions (I), (II) and (III) or conditions (I), (II) and (III'): (I) 0.1-0.5 wt.% of the nucleating agent is contained; (II) the crystallinity of the polymer crystals is≥70%; (III) the size of the crystals of the polymer is≤300 nm and (III') the<SP></SP>number density of the crystals of the polymer is≥40μm<SP>-3</SP>.
