<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective device reliably ensuring an initial action that a cutting blade of a rapidly-spinning rotary blade device and an entwining member are engaged with each other for preventing a secondary damage by urgently stopping the rotation of the rotary blade device owing to entwining resistance of the entwining member without requiring any operation by a worker in the case of an unforeseen situation of contact between the rotary blade device and the protective device. <P>SOLUTION: The protective device works as follows: the engagement part of an entwining member 50 housed in a bag-state space is reliably engaged with cutting teeth 102 of a rapidly-spinning rotary blade device 101 when the rotary blade device 101 comes in contact with the protective device 10 in error and a surface member 30 is cut off and torn out by the cutting teeth 102 of the rotary blade device 101 so as to make the entwining member 50 entwine with the rotary blade device 101 so that the entwining resistance stops the rotation of the rotary blade device 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
