PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display images serving as effective information for a user when again traveling a road previously traveled. SOLUTION: This record reproducing device 100 is equipped with a photographing part 110, a recording part 120, a detection part 130, and a control part 140. The photographing part 110 is used for taking images backward seen from a movable body at prescribed positions. The recording part 120 is used for recording the images backward seen from the movable body and taken by the photographing part 110. The detection part 130 is used for detecting the passing direction of the movable body when the movable body passes the prescribed positions. The control part 140 outputs the backward-seen images recorded in the recording part 120 as forward-seen images taken from the movable body, when it is detected by the detection part 130 that the passing direction of the movable body at a prescribed position is the opposite direction to its passing direction in taking the backward-seen image.
