<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly functional seal and a system thereof for reducing the possibility of wrong approval by bringing into a state in which sealing is performed, when read identification information matches an identification number that indicates a sealing registered in the seal registration, in advance, and managing approval and settlement by adding a function of automatically storing sealed settlement. <P>SOLUTION: In a highly functional seal 21 putting a seal on a document 11 with an RF-ID chip 13 embedded therein and a system thereof, the functional seal 21 reads the relevant identification information from the chip 13, and allows putting the seal when the read identification information coincides with seal identification information for the sealing permission registered in the functional seal 21 in advance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
