PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device capable of obtaining a print having high print accuracy without degrading the working environment and the working efficiency, and a printing device having the same. SOLUTION: The conveying device 1 has a conveying means for conveying a recorded stuff, and a convey-driving means for driving the conveying means. In the conveying device 1, the conveying means has a resin film 5 on an endless belt 4 or on a drum, and an adhesive layer 6 is provided on the resin film 5.
