PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead ruled blade which is able to surely cut without smashing a sheet material from the first stage of cutting. SOLUTION: On the lead ruled line blade wherein a higher blade 11a for making a full cut part and a lower blade 11b for making a half-cut part are formed as to be alternatively intermeittent for making a lead ruled line for making a full cut part penetrating through the surface to the back side and a half cut part cutting a sheet material S till the halfway in the thickness direction such as a corrugated fiber paper or the like, a gradient is formed on the top edge of the lower blade 11b. As the sheet material S is cut from a higher part of the top edge of the lower blade 11b in order, the sheet material S such as the corrugated fiber paper or the like is not smashed strongly pushed, on making a box of a blank of the sheet material S, a trouble such as bending at a place excepting a defined position or a trunk expansion on piling can be prevented.
