PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data broadcast content direct operation control apparatus, direct remote controller and data broadcast content direct operation control program capable of eliminating trouble in operation. SOLUTION: A data broadcast content direct operation control apparatus 5 is adapted, in a data broadcast operation system comprising a transmission converting means 3, a touch panel display 7 and a learn remote controller 9, to receive input of conversion data output from the transmission converting means 3 and position information output from the touch panel display 7, to output data broadcast contents to the touch panel display 7, and to output a control signal to the learning remote controller, and includes a position detecting means 5c, an item determining means 5d, an operation signal combination generating means 5e, and a control signal output means 5g.
