PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a restoration performance of a circuit of a logic programmable device. SOLUTION: A restoration device of a logic programmable device comprises: a circuit-status-monitoring operation unit 21b for monitoring an operation of the circuit comprising a circuit-configuration-data; a partial-reconfiguration operation unit 21a for recording the circuit-configuration-data including the circuit determined as correctly operating from the monitored result; and a circuit-restoraion operation unit 21c for conducting the reconfiguration of the circuit with the use of the recorded circuit-configuration-data.
