<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and suitably set rotation efficiency of a turbine impeller with respect to gas flowing into a turbine chamber variably, and to perform the desired turbine work even when a gas amount is small. <P>SOLUTION: A vane shaft 40 is provided on a wall surface 39 side positioned on a core side of a scroll passage 36 of a wall surface wherein a wall surface of a gas inlet passage 36 is continued to a peripheral wall surface 38 of a scroll passage 34, and one end side of a vane 41 is attached to the vane shaft 40.
