PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension for a disk device wherein a pitch angle of a slider is hardly changed even when humidity is changed. SOLUTION: The suspension for the disk device has a base plate, a load beam and a flexure. The flexure has a base metal 50 and a wiring part 51 provided along the base metal 50. The wiring part 51 is extended in the longitudinal direction of the load beam. The wiring part 51 includes a base resin 52 composed of a first polyimide, conductive bodies 55a and 55b and a cover resin 56 composed of a second polyimide.
