PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clear information data which is not desirable for a subject. SOLUTION: The subject records the information data by an information acquiring means 2 and 3 worn by the subject. At the same time, an ecological information acquiring means 5 acquires ecological information which shows the status of the subject. An information storing device 6 stores the information data recorded by the information data acquiring means 2 and 3. When it is determined based on the ecological information that the status of the subject moves from a normal status to an abnormal status, a recording stop means 41 stops recording to the information storing device 6.
