PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber composite resin material having a high heat conductivity not only in the fiber direction of the fiber which is oriented and comes to a heat conduction passage but also in the direction of the pile of the fibers. SOLUTION: The fiber reinforced composite resin composition comprises a resin which comes to a matrix and a polymer fiber which has a fiber diameter of 1μm or less and is coated with a coated layer at least part of which is composed of a metallic compound, and the packing in total of the coated layer and the polymer fiber is 30-90 vol.%.
