A blower for a vehicle is provided to prevent noise generated in an intake duct by guiding outdoor air into the middle of a blower fan along an air guide flat during intake of outdoor air. A blower(100) for a vehicle comprises an intake duct(110) having an indoor air intake hole(111), an outdoor air intake hole(112), an indoor/outdoor air conversion door(120), a scroll case coupled to the intake duct, and a noise absorption member installed in the intake duct. The noise absorption member includes an air guide flat having a first end rotatably installed at an inner surface of the plate and an air guide lever installed in the intake duct. The air guide lever is connected to a second end of the air guide flat through a linking member. The air guide lever allows the air guide flat to approach or move away from a plate(122) of the indoor/outdoor air conversion door according to the operation of the indoor/outdoor air conversion door.
