PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection accuracy of a temperature in a combustion chamber by making a temperature of lubricating oil detected by preventing an oil temperature sensor from being easily influenced by temperature of an exhaust port. ; SOLUTION: A return oil passage 59 circulating lubricating oil after lubricating lubrication sections provided in a cylinder head 3 is provided in a cylinder 1 and a cylinder head 3 of a air cooling internal combustion engine. The oil temperature sensor 61 detects a temperature of lubricating oil in the return oil passage 59 in the cylinder 1. The cylinder head 3 is provided with a cooling air passage 65 between an head side oil passage 59a and the exhaust port 14 positioned in an upstream of the oil temperature sensor 61 in the oil return passage 59. ; COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT.
