A rear package shield module for a vehicle is provided to prevent noise and to reduce the weight of the vehicle by forming an empty space in a module panel made from synthetic resin. A rear package shield module for a vehicle comprises a rear chassis panel(20), a module panel(30), and a package tray trim(40). The rear chassis panel is mounted between a rear seat(51) and rear glass(50) and an insertion hole is formed at an upper portion of the rear chassis panel. The module panel is inserted into the insertion hole of the rear chassis panel. The module panel is fabricated through a blow molding process by using synthetic resin in such a manner that at least one space section(31) is formed in the module panel. The package tray trim is coupled to the rear chassis panel while covering the module panel.
