A controller sealing structure for a heating cable is provided to block the permeation of water or moisture by filling a circumference of a substrate with an insulator. A controller sealing structure for a heating cable includes a housing(1,13), and an injection unit(43). A controller substrate is mounted on the housing having the injection unit. A filler selected from a paraffin wax, a polyurethane, or an epoxy is filled as a liquid state through the injection unit. The filler is hardened or is semi-hardened. The paraffin wax is melt at 50 to 90°C as a melting point and is filled through the injection unit. The paraffin wax is cooled and hardened. The polyurethane is formed as a liquid polyurethane by mixing polyol of 100 weight with isocyanate of 30 to 50 weight, and is filled through the injection unit. |
